Questions

Frequently Asked

What are the operating hours?

We're open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

What facilities are available at Burlington?

8 indoor badminton courts. Tennis, table tennis, squash, pickleball and fitness are run by partner operators. Non-marking shoes and rackets are available to rent for a nominal fee. Changing rooms, drinking water stations, a cafe and lounge area, and parking are all on site.

What's the shoe policy?

Indoor, non-marking shoes are required — either your own or rented on-site.

Is a pro shop available?

Yes, we have a fully-stocked badminton pro shop right on site! Whether you need to get your racquet re-strung, pick up a fresh tube of birdies (shuttlecocks), or upgrade to the latest high-performance gear, grip tension, and footwear, our shop has you completely covered. We are official dealers for both Yonex and Victor.

Are the facilities accredited?

Yes. The badminton facility meets national accreditation standards, for a safe, professional training environment.

Do you provide training for all age groups?

Yes. Programs are tailored for children, youth and adults, with age-appropriate coaching at every stage.

Who conducts the training sessions?

All sessions are led by certified coaches with extensive experience in player development and competitive training.

How do I enroll or book?

Badminton: read the booking rules, then book a court online, or enroll in person at reception or by phone. Advance booking is recommended for court reservations. For the other sports, book with the operator listed on that sport's page.

What safety measures are in place?

Facilities are kept well maintained, coaching is certified, and we follow current health guidelines. The courts use high-grade safety lighting and a cushioned court pad that gives players a firm foothold with enough softness to support posture through a long session.

Can parents watch practices?

Yes. There's an in-house lounge for parents and guardians to sit and watch.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations and timing changes need 24 hours' notice. See the cancellation policy for the full terms.
