These house rules apply to every court and table at the Brampton and Burlington clubs. Read them before you book.
1.1Play ends at the booked time.
1.2Food and drinks are not allowed.
2.1Only indoor, non-marking shoes are allowed on the courts.
2.2New packs of birdies and balls can be purchased at the pro shop near the front desk.
3.1Please arrive five minutes before your reservation.
3.2No refunds are provided at Brampton or Burlington under any circumstances.
4.1A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule your booking.
4.2Only one-time rescheduling is allowed, with timely notice.
4.3A reservation made within 24 hours of the appointment time is final. It cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
5.1All under-16s must be accompanied by a guardian.
5.2Add a guest to an existing reservation at a charge of $8 per person.
6.1Only Batts coaches teach lessons on our courts. No other form of training or coaching is allowed on the courts.
